Do I want to lead others? Introduction to People Leadership - What is people leadership and do you really want it as a responsibility? In this leadership 101 session, participants will explore the different styles of people leadership and discuss different opportunities to develop people leadership skills. Participants will engage in self-reflection to consider if people leadership is the right fit for them. This workshop is intended for employees who do not currently have a people leadership role and are exploring people leadership as an option.
