How we manage conflict is a key differentiator as we seek to navigate and enrich relationships. In this highly interactive program, explore how you and others deal with conflict by learning about personal Conflict Management Style and a framework to leverage when working through conflict. Practice applying principles in any conflict situation through role-playing and classroom discussion. Learn extremely effective skills enabling you to be empathetic, even with people you might vehemently disagree with. Application of skills is specifically tailored to each person’s Conflict Management Style. In this way, everyone can become more of a creative problem solver.
