The ASPIRE learning experience seeks to develop and cultivate a leadership mindsetwithin individual contributors. Combining instructor-led programming with self-directed and collaborative learning, the program creates the conditions for aspiring leaders to emerge with an increased awareness of themselves professionally and an understanding of how they can lead from their current role.

CAREER BOOSTERS - COACHING
Coaching is a powerful, future-focused practice that supports meaningful growth and transformation.This initiative offers personalized, one-on-one coaching to help members of our campus community set meaningful goals, take action, and achieve lasting growth. Coaches serve as thought partners and accountability guides, while coachees commit to the work of change and development.

The GT Job Shadowing Program (GT-JSP) is designed to support professional growth, career exploration, and cross-functional collaboration. It gives employees a chance to observe a colleague in another role to understand different parts of the institute better.

Communities of Connection are employee initiated community groups for employees with common concerns/life experiences centered under at least one of the 8 Dimensions of Wellness to offer support and connection for one another.

LEADING @TECH Leading@Tech aims to create a comprehensive learning program for people leaders at Georgia Tech, building management skills, enhancing leadership effectiveness, and incorporating engagement and well-being. The program offers formal and informal learning opportunities, including synchronous and asynchronous courses, as well as a competitive, applied leadership cohort.

WELL-BEING CHAMPIONS
Join a campus-wide movement to support health and well-being! The Wellness Champion Program empowers faculty and staff to promote wellness in their departments by sharing resources, connecting peers, and supporting quarterly wellness initiatives. Champions receive education on wellness tools, access to a supportive network, and attend an annual orientation designed to help them make a meaningful impact.
