My work in higher education centers on giving students the tools they need to be better neighbors. Over the years the way I contribute to this philosophy has changed, but a core tenant has always been empowering the people around me to make a positive impact . Finding ways for my team to add meaning and intention into every facet of the residential experience energizes me to come to work every day.
