The program wi l l create the condi t ions for par t icipants to develop and learn fundamental leadership ski l l s . You wi l l work wi thin groups of par t icipants represent ing di f ferent depar tments across the Inst i tute . Thi s exper ience centers on a four - compet ing-approaches- to leadership f ramework . Par t icipants wi l l al so learn col laborat i ve act ion inqui ry us ing thei r own case studies . The exper ience i s intended for people who do not cur rent l y manage others but des i re to gain the ski l l s necessary to develop a people leadership and lead f rom where you are mindset .

ASYNCHRONOUS ONL I NE LEARN I NG MODULES , S I X I N- PERSON WORKSHOPS , AND ONE NETWORK I NG EVENT . THE PROGRAM WI L L LAST FOUR MONTHS .

Please note that your immediate supervisor must also attend the kick-of f session scheduled on August 28, 2024. Supervisor as Co- learner One unique exper ience of ASPIRE i s your superv i sor engagement . We requi re your superv i sor to have an act i ve role in your learning dur ing ASPIRE as a "co- learner , " where you wi l l engage them in post -sess ion di scuss ions about how to best appl y your learning.

El i g i ble part i c i pants Any ful l - t ime Georgia Tech employee in an indi v idual cont r ibutor role . El igible par t icipants should al so be in good standing in terms of per formance wi th no di scipl inary i ssues in the last s i x months .
