This past year, the WLPD team was recognized for the caliber of our work and partnership in the field of learning and development. GEORGIA TECH STAFF AWARDS

At this year’s Staff Awards, Rachel Watts was recognized and received the One Small Step Award . This award celebrates staff who are perpetual problem solvers, who constantly are working

towards ways to make processes, systems, or situations better at Georgia Tech. The One Small Step Award shall identify an individual or team who exhibits the behaviors below on an individual or departmental level.
